Ladies:
The 2010 Becoming Mrs. Tennessee Workshop is scheduled for Saturday, February 27, 2010
at the home of Dale Smith Thomas (Mrs. Tennessee 1990 and Motivational Speaker) in
Nashville, TN. The following topics will be covered:
• Application & bio - Making your paperwork reflect who you really are!
• Interview - Tips for a winning interview;
• Wardrobe Selection - Advice on choosing the right swimsuit, interview outfit and
evening gown for your body type;
• Stage Presence - Help with your walk, turns, and overall stage presence;
• Nutrition & Fitness - Help with getting ready for the big day, physically!
• Question & answer session with staff and former Mrs. Tennessee titleholders!
• An opportunity to have your hair/makeup and professional head shots for the pageant
program taken by our Official Pageant Photographer, Gregory Byerline at a special Mrs.
Tennessee package rate! Package pricing will be forwarded to those who have RSVP’d for
the workshop within the next day or so;
The workshop is open to all contestants of the 2010 Mrs. Tennessee America Pageant, and
anyone who is considering entering this year. Experts & former winners will be on hand to
help with all areas of pageantry and to answer your questions. Workshop attendance is not
required for entry, but is strongly recommended.
Date & Time: Saturday, February 27th 9am-3pm (lunch provided on premise)

Cost: $39 (includes lunch); Workshop fee is due by February 20, 2010 to reserve your spot in
the workshop; limited spaces are available; workshop fee is payable via personal check
mailed to the pageant office, credit card or PayPal via the Mrs. Tennessee Web site under "Pay
