Goldstrike Casino Resort Reservation Instructions for the 2012 Mrs. Mississippi Pageant RESERVATION PROCEDURE- DIRECT CALL-IN Reservations will be telephoned directly to the Gold Strike Casino Resort Reservation Department at (888) 245-7829. In order to receive the group rate, callers must identify their affiliation with Mrs. Mississippi & Mrs. Tennessee. Rates cannot be changed at check- in or checkout for guests who failed to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. The group rate is $99 per night plus a $5 resort fee and all applicable taxes. The reserved block of rooms will be held until the cut-off date of October 27, 2011. Reservation requests after the cut-off date will be honored on a space-and-rate availability basis. Gold Strike Casino Resort does require that the first night’s room and tax deposit accompany the reservation requests (a major credit card number may be used to guarantee a room in lieu of a deposit). The deposit is non- refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival. Individuals will guarantee their own rooms via advance deposit or credit card and are responsible for all room, tax and incidental charges upon arrival. Contestant Participation Dates are November 11-13, 2011 Pageant finals are Sunday, November 13, 2011 Check in is at 4pm Check out is at 11am If you are a contestant booking your room for the event, please consider that if you choose not to stay at the hotel on Thursday evening, November 10th, you are not guaranteed that your room will be ready and that you will be able to check in early on Friday, November 11th. Every attempt will be made to accommodate an early check in, but we cannot guarantee it. |
